Prices: in CFA francs (XAF), all taxes included unless stated otherwise. The amount charged is the one calculated by our system when the order is placed.
Delivery: flat fee per city shown at checkout; for other cities the fee is confirmed by phone and paid on delivery. Free pickup at our branches.
Order: confirmed once the Mobile Money payment is received, or after validation by an advisor (WhatsApp, email, cash on delivery).
Payment: Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money via CinetPay, cash or Mobile Money on delivery, bank transfer for businesses.
Warranty: manufacturer's warranty depending on the product. Installations carried out by our technicians are covered by a handover report.
Returns: any non-compliant equipment must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
